Shipping Method:

Shipping logistics providers: DHL, UPS(usually), FEDEX and EMS

Processing time: After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. *Business Days Only 

Delivery Estimates: Within 7-12 days（Shipping times are only estimates and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed.）

Some Important Points About Our Shipping Policy:

1.Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to. 

2.When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. 

3.In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

4.It might take 2 or 3 days for your tracking number to be trackable on the courier websites.

5.If your order contains more than 3 or 5 bags we will ship it in multiple packages and we will provide you more than one tracking number.

6.In the case of a wrong shipping address being supplied we are not to be held responsible. We will ship to the address you provide us, but should your parcel by seized by customs we will reship a new one at once.

7.Lastly it is rare for any import tax to be charged on our items, however should this be the case we are not liable to pay the fee.
